Reimagine Café – Age Friendly Places
The Reimagine Café is a community space for all those involved in placemaking and reimagining their built environment, meeting on the last Tuesday of every month. For our second Café we’ll be sharing reports from around Ireland related to the theme of "Age Friendly Places" in quick-fire 3-minute slots.

The Reimagine Café is a community space for all those involved in placemaking and reimagining their built environment, meeting on the last Tuesday of every month. For our second Café we’ll be sharing reports from around Ireland related to the theme of “Age Friendly Places” in quick-fire 3-minute slots.

We will be hearing from Mark Hazzard from McCauley Place, a housing model that was developed as an alternative to institutional residential care for older persons and a model that would create a society for all ages.

We will also take a look back at Public Age, a project by the Irish Architecture Foundation that interrogated how public space is can be, and should be designed with older people in mind.
